Job Summary
Lead commissioning projects from pre-construction through close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and documentation while facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and communicating project updates. Develop commissioning plans, test scripts, and site observation reports, then coordinate onsite testing activities and warranty walk-throughs. Supervise a small team by providing technical guidance, training, and oversight of junior members to ensure adherence to safety standards and commissioning protocols. Review project documentation, financial data, and contract requirements to support profitability and performance. This remote position requires 30–40% travel to active construction sites and supports mission-critical infrastructure across healthcare, data centers, and industrial markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning, and project management experience
