Job Summary
Perform residential maintenance, repair, and service across the entire property while maintaining patient composure with residents, families, and staff. Execute corrective actions for analyzed situations, ensuring safety compliance and proper use of personal protective equipment. Maintain excellent customer relations through clear communication in English, utilizing mechanical aptitude for unique tasks. Participate in the on-call rotation schedule including periodic weekend shifts. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to move quickly between areas. Required Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residents
- Possess a current valid driver license and a reliable form of personal transportation to get to work
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to include periodic weekend shifts
- A good mechanical aptitude
- Follows safety rules and is willing to wear all required personal protective equipment relating to job safety and healthcare safety
- Observes, analyzes, and determines the corrective course of action for service and repair
- Ability to work as a team or individually with communication always taking top priority
