Job Summary
Provide skilled carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and electrician services for all Stark Foundation properties. Install and repair small equipment, clean maintenance buildings and yards, and perform space planning and organization tasks. Follow safe work procedures, report unsafe conditions or damages, and properly store all supplies and equipment. Support Foundation goals by delivering courteous, professional service to visitors, vendors, and co-workers while contributing to a positive team spirit. Adhere to scheduled work hours and operating instructions when using vehicles or machinery.
Required Qualifications
- licensed to do so
- Provide courteous, professional, timely and accurate service and support to all visitors, vendors and co-workers
- Give and welcome feedback; contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Follows safe work procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, notify supervisor of damages, defects, or the need for repairs that could prevent deterioration of equipment or possible injury to employees or others
- Exercise care, perform required maintenance, and follow all operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines when operating equipment or vehicles
- Properly store all supplies, materials and equipment
- Observe scheduled work hours
