Job Summary
Building Services Technician at Luther Oaks Senior Living Community. Responsibilities include installation, repair, and preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems; troubleshoot and repair issues in resident apartments and common areas; perform routine inspections; maintain records and support after-hours on-call maintenance; contribute to a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff. Skills/experience: maintenance experience (1+ year), knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC/general maintenance,Ability to lift and handle equipment, valid driver’s license preferred, on-site willingness to work 8:00am–4:00pm with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance or building services experience required
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
