Building Services Technician - Full-Time 1st Shift

Perform routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, and equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Assist in the execution of preventative maintenance programs and advise the Supervisor on the overall condition of community equipment and furnishings. Support Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation procedures and assist with housekeeping services. Requires high school diploma, basic technical knowledge, and mechanical ability for repair on mechanical and electrical equipment. Full-time 1st shift position at Cedarbrook Senior Living offering medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
