Job Summary
Develop coordinated 3D BIM models and drawings for all stages of design using Revit software. Utilize various digital engineering tools to support design processes for a wide range of buildings. Work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to produce efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective built environment solutions. Apply practical experience of Revit and AutoCAD while planning workload and communicating effectively with engineering and BIM specialists. Produce models adhering to BS EN ISO 19650 standards or equivalent international BIM frameworks. Join the Madrid team to contribute to Cundall's commitment to zero carbon design by 2030.
Required Qualifications
- relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent)
- worked on projects delivered in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650 standards (or equivalent international BIM frameworks)
- strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building based role
- adept at planning and organising your workload
- communicating effectively with engineering and BIM specialists
- sound knowledge of Revit
- proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines
- share Cundall's passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design

- Autodesk Forma experience
