Job Summary
Building Services Supervisor oversees a crew of in-house employees and/or independent contractors to ensure cleaning services meet City Wide standards. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, bathrooms, sinks, break rooms, restocking supplies, trash removal, dusting desks, maintaining janitorial equipment and closets, labeling and using chemicals with PPE, and following City Wide policies. Duties require timely communication of daily priorities, handling client requests, reporting HR issues and injuries, and coordinating with supervisors and logbooks. Physical demands include frequent sitting/standing/bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and potential outdoor exposure; PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots may be required. Education required is a High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to independently carry items weighing less than 50 lbs. Items over 50 lbs. require a team lift.
