Building Services Planner & Materials Coordinator

Job Summary
Plan, prioritize, and track preventive, corrective, and project-related maintenance work orders within the eMaint CMMS. Review work requests for scope, priority, labor, materials, and vendor requirements while maintaining accurate asset and inventory records. Purchase parts, tools, and services through SAP and coordinate contractors to ensure safe, timely, and compliant completion. Manage maintenance inventory, including parts storage, stocking, cycle counts, and material issuance, to support facility operations. Communicate scheduling needs, material delays, and risks to maintenance leadership. This onsite role supports the Indianapolis site's continuous improvement efforts and partners closely with maintenance teams and site stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, operations, planning/scheduling, purchasing, inventory, or a related field
- Experience using a CMMS for work order, maintenance, or inventory management
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance
- Experience with SAP purchasing and materials management
- Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers
- Experience managing maintenance inventory or storerooms
- Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance trades
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent training
- Must adhere to all site safety requirements and work processes
- Must be able to lift, handle materials, walk, climb stairs, and coordinate indoor and outdoor maintenance activities
