Job Summary
Maintenance Staff responsible for general maintenance and cleanup of SAP Center and Tech CU Arena before, during, and after events. Focus on post-event cleanup with shifts starting after events. Requires proactive, detail-oriented approach, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work night shifts. Responsibilities include interior facility maintenance (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, surface cleaning), restroom service, trash/recyclables disposal, coordinating with staff, and participating in event teardown and cleanup. Emphasizes communication, teamwork, and delivering a positive attendee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Ability to process information in an organized and efficient manner
- Ability to think and react quickly in any situation
