Job Summary
HVAC service estimator and proposal coordinator to review field reports, source pricing, estimate costs, and draft professional proposals. Responsibilities include evaluating diagnostic reports, performing take-offs for materials, parts and labor, soliciting vendor quotations, drafting and submitting quotes within 24-48 hours, creating sold-job packages for handoffs to service coordinators and field teams, coordinating with procurement for lead times and PO issuance, and maintaining estimating logs while identifying cost-saving process improvements. Must possess strong HVAC knowledge, be proficient with estimating software and MS Office (Excel), and communicate effectively with clients and technicians. Hybrid work arrangement offered after probation; compensation includes benefits such as health insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial or residential HVAC estimating, service coordinating, or field service.
