Job Summary
Maintain site facilities including swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, and heating while operating a preventative maintenance programme and completing monthly PPM jobs. Manage reactive calls, daily/weekly checklists, and fabric tasks such as painting and plumbing within a set budget, ensuring member experience remains unaffected. Execute pool maintenance, weekly PPM tasks, and chemical deliveries while adhering to SSOW, COSHH, and safety regulations. Complete statutory tasks, update compliance documents, and attend regular 1:1 meetings with the General Manager. Work a shift rota covering the site throughout the week, remain flexible for other gyms, and proactively monitor member feedback to support retention.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Building Management systems
- Ability to safely find faults in a three-phase electrical control panel
- Experience of emergency lighting testing
- Experience of PAT
- Experience of other compliance areas in a large industrial unit

- A trades qualification
- A pool plant qualification
- An understanding of water hygiene systems
