Job Summary
Building Services Engineer at Jesuit High School is responsible for making campus buildings meet staff and student needs through the implementation and maintenance of building systems including mechanical (HVAC and other), electrical, plumbing, and fire and security alarms; manages the Building Automation System (BAS) and utility services; coordinates special events and assists in Operations and Capital Projects; reports to the Director of Operations. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification, construction/maintenance project management experience, ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and proficiency with software such as Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of related experience, certifications as Electrical and/or Mechanical Technician, and experience with Access Controls, CCTV, and Lighting Controls; degree in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, Construction Management, or equivalent; inquiries to employment@jesuittampa.org.
Required Qualifications
