Job Summary
The Building Services Engineer plans, designs, and oversees installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and infrastructure at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. This role requires proficiency in CAD software, project coordination, and compliance with engineering standards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or other relevant Engineering degree
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of engineering, architecture, design, or related disciplines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of relevant building codes such as NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IBC, and ASTM
- Skilled in the use of computer aided drafting software, Autodesk, Microstation or similar
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent engineering or construction projects
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a PA Professional Engineer (PE) License
