Job Summary
On-site Building Service Engineer role in Bangkok for a Senior-level engineer responsible for maintenance and repair of base-building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and related components. Lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, and oversee multiple projects. Duties include preventative maintenance program development, monitoring and improving building system performance, overseeing maintenance tasks across Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, and Control systems, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires 7+ years of building engineering maintenance, experience with HVAC and mechanical/electrical systems, strong communication, and ability to collaborate with contractors. Location: On-site Bangkok, THA.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in building engineering maintenance
- Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes
- Good computer skills in software such as MS Office, E-Mail, etc.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
