Additional qualifications include experience in architecture, engineering, property inspections, and an understanding of engineering principles related to building systems.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on projects concurrently with a proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
- Familiar with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering
- Understand concepts of building component life cycles, system condition evaluation, replacement costs
- Demonstrate strong skills in observation, deduction, and reasoning
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating
- 1+ years of experience performing property inspections
