Job Summary
Join Partner as a Building Science Project Engineer responsible for conducting Property & Facility Condition Assessments and preparing due diligence reports. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field and at least 3 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction. Proficient writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Position involves evaluation of building systems and authoring technical reports, along with site reconnaissance and effective communication with clients and project managers.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating
- 2+ years of experience performing property inspections
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
- Demonstrate strong skills in observation, deduction, and reasoning
Additional Requirements
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
- Requires the ability to climb a ladder
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation to and from project sites
