Job Summary
Conduct field observations for existing facilities and perform services including roofing, waterproofing, fireproofing, coring, scanning, and forensic investigations. Attend project meetings to assist in resolutions and help address both technical and administrative project issues. This role involves carrying 40–70 lbs multiple times daily or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height. Candidates must provide suitable transportation for job sites with mileage reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Actively pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related degree
- Interest in building forensics, mechanical systems, and structures
- Position requires carrying 40 – 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height
- Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites
