Job Summary
Sales Consultant responsible for handling inbound leads via phone, web, and design tools, qualifying customers, scheduling and conducting in-person site visits to assess project needs, meeting with customers on-site to stake off building locations and build trust, returning to the office to develop project estimates with team support, self-generating leads through social media and contractor platforms, and managing a pipeline to close deals within a typical 30-day cycle. Growth in estimating skills through direct coaching from leadership. Must have strong phone presence and customer service instincts, willingness to conduct in-person site visits using a personal vehicle, and thrive in a small team-oriented office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling custom metal buildings, barndominiums, or residential custom structures directly to end-use customers
