Building Safety Monitor

Greet and monitor all persons entering and leaving ReDiscover facilities, while overseeing building camera systems and external walkways, parking lots, lobbies, entryways, internal hallways, and restrooms. Respond to all 911 calls, notify appropriate personnel of emergency situations, and communicate with emergency response agencies as needed. Assist with the development and implementation of safety plans for various locations and special events. Maintain reliable attendance by working scheduled shifts and notifying the Safety & Security Team Leader of any anticipated or unexpected absence. Support Building Safety operations across multiple ReDiscover locations to ensure continuous, high-quality service. This stationary position rotates between locations monthly with night shifts tentatively scheduled for four days per week. Candidates must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays as programs operate seven days per week.
