Building Safety Case and Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the Building Safety Case for a portfolio of High-Rise Buildings by maintaining detailed records of incidents, inspections, and mandatory occurrence reports. Conduct periodic document audits, review key safety documents, and challenge recommendations where necessary. Liaise with property teams to ensure site inspections and testing are completed, while interfacing with the Regulator to provide feedback and submit required documentation. Prepare regular compliance reports for the Senior Management team and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current building safety legislation in England and Wales. Requires strong Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, and experience in leasehold or property management. Remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel- creating charts, pivot tables, conditional formatting, manipulating large datasets
- Competent in analysing statistics and data
- Excellent administrative skills
- Confident, proactive attitude
- Verbal and written presentation skills
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to any new demands of the business
- Leasehold experience
- Strong understanding of building safety legislation
- Experience in property management / Asset management / health and safety or related field
Desired Qualifications
- IRPM / NEBOSH or similar related qualification desirable
