Building Safety and Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee safety and compliance for High-Rise and Medium-Rise buildings by maintaining internal databases and ensuring adherence to UK Legislation and British Standards. Develop project plans to address compliance gaps and conduct GAP analyses on key risk areas including the golden thread. Manage project timelines, coordinate with external stakeholders such as Councils and Fire Rescue Service, and prepare reports for senior managers based on agreed KPIs. Support the production of Key Building Information for the Health and Safety Executive and manage Leaseholder and Landlord Certificates. Liaise across all company departments to ensure service delivery while maintaining accurate records in SharePoint.
Required Qualifications
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel- creating charts, pivot tables, conditional formatting, manipulating large datasets
- Competent in analysing statistics and data
- Excellent administrative skills
- Confident, proactive attitude
- Verbal and written presentation skills
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to any new demands of the business
- Leasehold experience
- Strong understanding of building safety legislation
- Experience in property management / Asset management / health and safety or related field
- Presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Reporting, confidently using Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- IRPM / NEBOSH or similar related qualification desirable
