Job Summary
Monitor building systems and equipment daily to resolve issues ranging from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and fire safety. Conduct property checks, perform suite inspections, and manage light cleaning, painting, and landscaping duties for vacant suites. Schedule work orders with residents, adhere to preventative maintenance schedules, and handle emergency after-hour calls. Manage vendor quotes, oversee budgets, and assess operational inefficiencies to advise management. Maintain confidentiality, ensure inventory management, and collaborate on team events while traveling within and between cities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Use technical skills to identify and rectify general maintenance issues including, but not limited to, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, fire safety, door systems, carpentry, safety, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Use sound judgment to organize and balance competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to emergency after-hour calls and participate in on-call services as required.
- Travel within city and between cities as needed.
