Job Summary
Conduct daily and weekly inspections of property equipment to ensure safe operation and prevent major repairs. Perform maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior landscaping, roads, sidewalks, and signage. Respond to tenant concerns and solve problems to maintain high customer service levels. Secure the property against loss and liability by adhering to health, safety, and security procedures while reporting areas of concern promptly. Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 5th class power engineering
- Minimum two years' experience in general maintenance in a commercial, retail or industrial environment
- Valid Drivers license required
