Building Operator

Conduct thorough inspections, troubleshoot building automation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and life safety systems, and complete repairs with precision. Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to an uncompromising standard. Champion preventative maintenance programs, resolve maintenance challenges, and ensure full compliance with building codes and safety requirements. Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation, and record-keeping. Maintain strong tenant relationships while responding decisively to operational needs. Requires five years of hands-on building operations experience, a valid driver's licence, and clean driver's abstract. Base salary $60,000–$65,000 plus performance bonus.
