Job Summary
Maintenance-focused role performing general upkeep of agency facilities, including plumbing/electrical tasks, lawn care, carpet cleaning, small repairs, and supply coordination. Duties include moving furniture, drywall/painting, snow shoveling, vehicle fluids checks, and assisting with events and donation storage. Requires 1+ year grounds/maintenance experience, a valid Colorado driver’s license, ability to pass background screenings, and a willingness to travel to multiple sites within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least one year experience in grounds keeping and/or janitorial service with basic maintenance and repair knowledge
- Must be professional
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain one with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Applicants must successfully complete all required background screenings in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations, including criminal history checks, fingerprinting, abuse and neglect clearances, and any additional state-specific requirements. Direct care staff must also complete a health evaluation or physical examination prior to employment.
