Conduct operation and maintenance of critical building HVAC and systems including Refrigeration, Air Handlers, Exhaust Fans, Roof Top units, and Boilers. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, repair service work, and basic repairs on site utility systems while identifying and operating associated tools and equipment. Execute routine tests and inspections on support equipment including water testing and chemical inventories, then document all work performed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Assist other mechanics with major repairs, order materials, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and hazardous material storage. This role requires HVAC/EPA Certification and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
