Job Summary
Manage planned and unplanned maintenance for two client sites, responding to trouble tickets within agreed SLAs and overseeing building stock including bulbs, filters, and power supplies. Track utility usage to drive environmental impact reduction and liaise with regulatory bodies and safety teams to implement action plans. Coordinate site inspections covering cleaning, HVAC, and landscaping, while managing small project budgets for site improvements and refurbishments. Lead local supplier bases, manage Moves/Adds/Changes requests, and deputize for the Assistant Facilities Manager as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/degree level in technical discipline (architect or engineer)
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements for Client assets
- Contract Management
- Problem solving skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Spreadsheet and word processing proficiency
