Job Summary
Generate sales opportunities by researching client needs and industry competition, then conduct site visits to collect data for cost estimates on various construction projects. Analyze blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine material quantities, creating detailed cost estimates for customer review and approval. Collaborate with outside salesmen and vendors to ensure pricing accuracy and availability, while coding orders and maintaining accurate records of all estimates and project costs.
