Conduct owner meetings and execute meeting resolutions while managing tenant relationships and enforcing building management bylaws. Draft and implement annual plans and budgets, manage building operations, and coordinate with relevant personnel. Prepare annual fire protection plans and authorize payment data and procurement items. Requires service-oriented experience in property management or hotel operations. On-site in Taipei, Taiwan.
