Building Management System (BMS) Engineer, ONC

Job Summary
To design, develop and implement software solutions for Building Management Systems (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, and fire alarm systems. Responsibilities include designing P&ID diagrams, collaborating with the engineering team to gather requirements, writing, debugging and testing code for BMS control, troubleshooting and resolving BMS issues, and developing maintenance manuals. Candidates should have strong technical skills, proven project delivery records, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy related Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in the development of BMS for Chiller plants
- Proven track record of the successful delivery of projects
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to Chiller plants
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of Niagara N4 certification is an added advantage
- Experience in BMS programming with Niagara framework and PLC control
