Job Summary
The Building Maintenance Technician at Phoenix Country Club is responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the Club’s buildings and common areas. Key duties include performing repairs related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment, as well as ensuring cleanliness of both exterior and interior areas. The candidate must have an Associate’s degree or a minimum of two years of related experience and possess strong knowledge of building systems. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
