Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of USSRC Facility Maintenance tasks, performing general building maintenance and, when required, assisting with other maintenance items. Skills include repairing/modifying/installing facility infrastructure such as plumbing, carpentry, masonry, sheetrock, electrical, painting, and mechanical systems; inspect infrastructure and equipment to maintain safety and efficiency; log work time and requests using the FMX system; set up temporary facilities for events; no travel indicated beyond routine on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED supplemented by a 2-year degree or 2 years of additional specialized training or equivalent facilities maintenance experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
