Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine maintenance on building equipment including HVAC systems and production machinery, performing inspections, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, monitoring gauges/flow meters, implementing and updating a preventative maintenance program, maintaining production equipment records, and collaborating with the Manufacturing Manager to address repair needs while adhering to safety procedures and communicating with customers and vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical certificates in relevant fields (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and various types of machinery
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
