Building Maintenance Technician

Respond to maintenance requests and handle repairs for flooring, drywall, plaster, and painting. Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems while checking and responding to security and safety issues. Test and recommend new maintenance products, coordinate vendor deliveries, and document inspections and problems. Manage landscaping, pool maintenance, pest control, and inventory of cleaning and repair supplies. This full-time, year-round role supports our property management facility in McKeesport.
