Job Summary
Maintain residential apartment homes and common areas at a 194-unit Newark property, perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, small appliances), install tile and laminate flooring, participate in on-call emergency response, manage turnover of empty units (sheetrock, taping, sanding, painting, doors/windows/fixtures), and perform other duties. Requires independence, problem-solving, strong organizational and communication skills, excellent customer service, and a minimum of three years of experience in residential multifamily property maintenance. High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required, with Fire Safety certification.
