Job Summary
Building Maintenance Technician for a 150-unit residential property in Peoria, IL. Responsibilities include regular maintenance of apartment homes and common areas, performing repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances), installing tile and laminate flooring, participating in after-hours emergency response, managing unit turnovers (repairs to sheetrock, painting, doors/windows/fixtures), and performing additional duties as outlined. Requires independence, problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication and customer service. Requires 3+ years of residential multifamily property maintenance, High School Diploma or equivalent, experience with electrical/plumbing/HVAC, valid driver’s license, Fire Safety certification, basic tools, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Physical duties include heavy lifting and various movements.
Required Qualifications
