Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preserving and repairing residential apartment homes and common areas, performing repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), installing tile and laminate flooring, and managing on-call emergency responses and unit turnover, while maintaining exterior and interior upkeep and responding to additional duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
- Three+ years of residential multifamily property management/apartment maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- valid driver’s license
- Fire Safety certification
- Possession of basic tools to perform routine maintenance tasks
