Job Summary
Maintain residential apartment homes and other property areas, including building exteriors, interiors, and public spaces. Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs while installing tile and laminate flooring. Manage unit turnover by completing repairs such as sheetrock, painting, and fixing doors, windows, and light fixtures. Respond to emergency calls according to the company's after-hour policy via an on-call rotation. Work independently in a challenging environment with minimal direction, prioritizing tasks and multitasking. Requires three+ years of residential multifamily property management experience, proficiency with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and a valid driver's license. Located in Camden, New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Three+ years of residential multifamily property management/apartment maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- valid driver's license
- Fire Safety
- Possession of basic tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
