Job Summary
Building Maintenance Technician for a 51-unit residential property in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities include maintaining residential apartment homes and common areas, performing electrical/plumbing repairs, installing tile and laminate flooring, participating in on-call emergency rotation, managing unit turnover with repairs (sheetrock, painting, doors/windows, lighting), and performing other duties as outlined. Requires 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with electrical/plumbing/HVAC, a valid driver’s license, and fire safety certification. Strong independence, problem-solving, organizational, and customer-service skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Physical tasks include heavy lifting and various in-unit maintenance activities. Required Qualifications
