Job Summary
Building Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance of residential apartment homes and common areas, including regular upkeep, repairs of electrical/plumbing, installation of tile and laminate flooring, and managing unit turnover. Must participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency calls, perform repairs (sheetrock, taping, sanding, painting, door/windows/light fixtures), and handle other duties as assigned. Requires independence, problem-solving, strong organizational and communication skills, and excellent customer service. Minimum three years of residential multifamily property maintenance experience, High School Diploma or equivalent, experience with electrical/plumbing/HVAC, valid driver’s license, Fire Safety certification, and basic tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
