Building Maintenance Technician

Operate, maintain, repair and diagnose building systems and portable equipment including air handling equipment, fire alarm systems, building automation, fluid pumping for HVAC, security card access, refrigeration, boilers, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance such as belt replacement, lubrication, filter changes, and pressure washing inside air handling equipment. Respond to emergency and repair calls; communicate with maintenance shops and on-call staff; assist in planning and scheduling modifications with minimal disruption and within fiscal constraints. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and strong human relations when interacting with staff, visitors, and patients.
