Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings including plumbing, carpentry, and painting; maintain and repair heating, cooling, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems; diagnose issues and troubleshoot maintenance problems; respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance concerns; ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards; maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory; coordinate with external contractors and vendors as required; assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform various maintenance tasks and general repairs
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations regarding maintenance work
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of successful maintenance and repair work is a plus
