Job Summary
Conduct general building maintenance and repairs across showroom, warehouse, and office facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches. Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and minor plumbing work. Install and replace lighting fixtures, LED systems, displays, and showroom exhibits. Maintain HVAC filters, operate power tools safely, and perform routine inspections to identify issues before escalation. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting with remodeling projects and new product installations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of electrical systems (120V/277V)
- Experience with drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and finish work
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Experience using power tools and construction equipment safely
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work from ladders and lifts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
