Job Summary
Facilities and Building Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, and daily upkeep of Stillwater Golf & Country Club facilities to keep spaces clean, functional, safe, and welcoming. Key duties include performing repairs and maintenance, managing contracts and contracted services, operating mechanical and power equipment, monitoring restrooms and storage areas, completing required reports, ensuring compliance with Health Department regulations, following daily/weekly/monthly task lists, responding to after-hours emergencies, performing general repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, woodworking), and safeguarding club assets. Requires ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications: two years of facility maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Working conditions include indoor/outdoor settings with exposure to typical maintenance hazards; physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, operate ladders, and perform moderate physical work. Reports to General Manager; schedule: full-time; classification may be hourly or salaried, exempt or nonexempt.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of facility maintenance experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
