Job Summary
Conduct general building maintenance and repair, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet cleaning, and snow removal. Complete work orders from call-in requests or preventive maintenance schedules while troubleshooting general problems and installing small appliances like pressure washers. Move furniture and deliver office supplies as needed, operating a variety of vehicles and equipment in all weather conditions. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards. Requires one year of hands-on experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. Based in Kentwood, MI, with service across Western Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- One year or more of hands-on general building maintenance experience
- HS Diploma/GED
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- At least 18 years of age

- Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
