The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of general maintenance duties including preventative maintenance on facilities and production equipment, assisting with build-outs and basic electrical and plumbing repairs. The role requires effective interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and coworkers. Candidates must have one to three years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver’s license. The hiring range is between $55,000 and $60,000 annually.
