Job Summary
Patrol parking lot areas to remove trash and debris, empty exterior trash receptacles, and replace damaged ceiling tiles. Repair and replace bathroom toilet components, unclog drain lines, and perform painting, touch-up work, and lighting maintenance. Restock paper supplies, move furniture and equipment, and complete minor wall repairs including patching and touch-ups. Perform other general maintenance duties and facility-related tasks as assigned. This role requires hand and power tool experience, basic carpentry knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekly pay and benefits are available.
Required Qualifications
- Basic carpentry knowledge
- Ability to lift, move, and carry furniture, supplies, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous building maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, or related experience
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform minor electrical and repair work
