Building Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Maintain the entire warehouse building, both inside and outside, in a safe, productive, and efficient manner by repairing, fabricating, and welding racks, dock plates, dock doors, and other electric appliances. Respond to fire alarms and repair plumbing, sprinkler systems, and refrigeration systems while monitoring PC controls and PMC 2000 software. Troubleshoot problems, ensure shop cleanliness through regular inspections, and coordinate work activities with the team and manager for cost-effective operations. Clean up work areas between assignments and document man-hours and supplies used. Must have experience in residential remodeling, plumbing, electrical, welding, and low voltage security systems. Work a flexible schedule including various days and times based on business needs.
