Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance duties, inspect and clean guest rooms, and ensure all equipment functions properly. Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, paint walls and trim as needed, and maintain laundry, vending machines, and common areas. Adhere to safety guidelines regarding equipment, guest safety, and chemical handling while wearing provided protective gear. Perform trash pickup throughout the property and anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction. This physically demanding role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods with little to no travel outside the property. OTO Development manages this upscale hotel portfolio across the United States.
Required Qualifications
