Building Maintenance Tech I

Perform preventative maintenance duties, inspect and clean rooms after working in them, and pick up trash throughout the property. Ensure all maintenance equipment functions properly, paint walls and window trim as needed, and maintain guest laundry, dryers, and vending machines twice daily. Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance emergencies while adhering to safety guidelines for equipment, guest, and chemical handling. Wear provided uniform and protective equipment to prevent injury. This physically demanding role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods with little to no travel outside the property.
